I'm eager to share this summer with you as I run across the country with the Ulman Foundation and the 4K for Cancer program.
Let me share a bit about me and catch you up to speed! I currently have a natural break in my career as I transition from recruiting to mental health counseling, and I wanted to take this summer to do something different.

There are three incredibly important people in my life who were diagnosed with cancer as a young adult in the last two years: Lindsey, Savannah, and El.
The Ulman Foundation supports the unique needs of young adults affected by cancer by creating a community of support through accessible programs and services. So, when thinking about how I wanted to spend this summer, the 4K for Cancer program became the perfect answer.

The run starts in Baltimore, MD on June 25th, and ends in San Francisco, CA on August 12th. I will be a part of a team of runners, and collectively we'll cross 4,000+ miles. Here is a link to the route and our mileage if you'd like to know where we'll stop along the way.
